If a time clock is used for access control, the punches made at the clock do not go to the employee's time cards but instead go into the Access table.

===Access By Employee===

Shows the accesses grouped by employee that occurred within the date and time selections made.

===Access By Time===

Shows the accesses in date/time order that occurred within the date and time selections made. If you want to know who used a particular access clock between certain hours, then this will show you the activity in the order that it occurred.
