Budget Import

The budget import adds budget items maintained in the Budget Configuration.

Required Columns

Column Type	Identifiers	Notes
Day Of Week	Day Of Week	All Days, Weekdays, Weekend, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Budget Labor Levels	The ID or name of your budget based labor levels	The labor level ID, labor level description or the scheduler ID. You must provide all the labor levels designated as Budget labor levels.
Shift	Shift	The shift ID or scheduler ID
Shift Count	Shift Count	The number of shifts

Optional Columns

Sub Shift	Sub Shift	If you want to enforce budgetary levels to a particular schedule within a shift, then you must specify the Sub Shift ID.
Hours	Hours	The number of hours this budget item represents
Build Date	Build Date	The starting date for building schedules that use this budget item.
Shift Count Overage	Shift Count Overage	The shift count overage allowance
Scheduler Based	Scheduler or Scheduler Budget	If this budget item is to be used for building schedules then enter Y, Yes, T or True.
