Employee Employment Licensing

Enter employee primary and secondary license/certification information including the license/certification number, expiration date, verification date and disciplinary action search date in the Licensing tab.
Online lookup of information is available for New York State based certifications and licenses. Select license numbers and expiration dates in the browser window and copy to the clipboard (right click and choose Copy or press Ctrl + C) and then click on the License Number or Expiration Date button and the information will transfer into the software.
The Employment reports alert you to employees with missing or expired licenses.
