Exception Types

Exception types come pre-configured with the exceptions that are needed by the system.

Exception Type ID – the identifier for the exception type, generally the initials of the descriptive text.

Description – the type of exception and if changed, must still be descriptive of this actual exception type. For example, the Late In exception type could be renamed to Tardy In.

Display In Attendance Calendar – the Exception Type ID will appear in the Attendance Calendar report.
