- From the main screen (ENTER ID), press Clear then Enter. (If you see ENTER PASSWORD in the display then there are no users currently enrolled in the HandPunch. Skip to step 6)
- You should be a star symbol (*) on the bottom line of the display. If you do not then go back to step #1.
- Enter in your Clock ID and press Enter.
- The displays shows PLACE HAND. Place your hand.
- You should see ENTER PASSWORD in the display.
- Press 2 then press Enter.
