Hours Reports
Employee Hours
Displays the hour totals by pay type with a total per employee. There are many options in this report. You can break out the hour totals by shift and labor level, filter by pay type, and summarize by the payroll pay type. If you want an hours summary for key entry into a payroll system, then this is the best report to use.
Hours Analysis Data
Provides row based hours data in Excel format. The fields include the employee ID, employee name, pay date, shift, labor levels, pay type and the number of hours. The data can be used in Excel as the data source for pivot tables or charts. It can also be used by other external systems for import or analysis.
Hours Pivot Grid
Allows you to analyze the hours data using a built-in pivot grid.

Hour Summary
Displays total hours by pay type with additional options to break out the hours by shift and labor level. This report is commonly used as a comparison to the hours imported into a payroll software.
No Hours
Display employees that have no hours within the specified date range. This may be an indication that the employee is no longer active, or is not working and requires payment for non-worked time such as vacation.
Punch Reports
Last Punch
Shows the last punch made by an employee or added by a user. Filter the employees based on their last punch being more than the specified number of days from today. Use this report to find employees who have not worked recently, and may not be considered active.
Punches By Time
Display the punches made by employees in date and time order. Filter punches by both date and time to see who punched within a specified time window.
Punch Edits
Display the punches that have been added, edited or deleted. This report is a simplified audit style report to see the changes made by users.
Rejected Punches
Rejected punches are punches attempted at the HandPunch that were not accepted. "TRY AGAIN", "ID REFUSED" or “TIME RESTRICTION” is displayed at the HandPunch. As no hand validation was performed, this report only indicates that the clock ID was entered. It does not indicate that it was the actual employee.
Unassigned Punches
Unassigned punches are punches made at the time clock that have been polled and not applied to the time cards. This can occur for two reasons:
- There is no employee with a clock ID that matches the clock ID of the punch. This occurs when a new employee has started using the time clock, but they are not yet entered into the software.
- The punches were polled from the clock, but the employee was locked for editing by a user and the punches have not been applied.
