Planned Absence Import

The planned absence import adds planned absences to the employee’s [ Planned Absences] tab.

| Employee ID | Employee ID, Emp ID, ID | This is used to uniquely identify the employee. Note the distinction with the clock ID, SSN, and Payroll ID fields is the “_”. With a multi-facility configuration you must also provide the Facility column. | Yes |
| Shift | Shift | The shift of the schedule pattern. Uses the base schedule marked as the Default for that shift unless the sub shift is provided. | Yes |
| Day Of Week / Week Number | 2 letter day of week followed by the week number | For example, Su 1. The contents of the cell is the floor. | Yes |
