The export file will export to the Payroll Path selected on the Report's Options tab, like a payroll export.
Columns - StartDate: Report's date-range start
- EndDate: Report's date-range end
- Facility: Payroll Client ID from the Payroll Path (can use a merge field like laborlevel0ID or a fixed value)
- EmpType: Employee's SSN if allowed, otherwise just "EMP"
- EmployID: Employee ID as select on the Report ID dropdown
- Name: Full Name
- LaborDate: Pay Date
- HoursType: Worked Hours = 1, Benefit Hours = 3. (Worked Pay Types should not have an Export Pay Code entered. Benefit hours should have an Export Code entered. (use a new payroll export path for the Rehab Optima export).
- TimeIn: In Punch
- TimeOut: Out Punch
- LaborMin: Hours amount but only for benefit hours. Worked hours only shows the punches but not the Hours Amount. Rehab Optima calculates the worked hours themselves.
- BenefitReason: The payroll export code but only for benefit hours.
- Mileage: Blank
- Bonus: Blank
